Lange has rested a few times this year and the rest has paid off. I would have no problem with him getting his work done in a pen rather than on the field to get ready for the post season. Our bullpen could probably use the rest too.

I can see Ell's point here. Don't we usually throw off on Wednesday in the tournament? Maybe not completely out of the weekend rotation but I don't remember us starting one of the top 2 recently.
