waste of money.
The house across from me has been sold 4 times in the last 20 years. the house is on piers. not once in the last 20 years did an inspector notice that the master suite bathroom sink and shower were not connected, only the toilet. The house caught on fire, so the company hired to do the repairs actually caught it. True story....

My inspector on our home purchase was over aggressive he found shite like pin sized holes in the duct work.
