My inspector missed some shite that was blatantly obvious to me. Waste of money.
If I was really concerned, I'd call a plumber, HVAC, electrician, and engineer all over to inspect

You would be out of $1000 instead of $350-$400. Sorry you had a shitty inspector, I did too the second time around. That's when I realized Delhomme was the best in this area. He inspected the first house I bought and I thought they were all the same. WRONG, there are some shitty ones and I see why some people hate on them. This guy is money well spent though.
