Generally your property line is 25 or 30 feet from the centerline of the street, if they aren't that far I wouldn't tow them.
These aren't the only distances but the most common.
I was a party chief for several survey companies in Houston for 18 years just so you know where the info is coming from.

Thanks. I think the street ROW is 60 feet, which they are likely inside of. Maybe I'll find some prickly weeds to grow there.
