The Government Street and Perkins Road/overpass areas will eventually be much more pedestrian-friendly.
And don't forget the outskirts of South BR. Where Nicholson and S Bluebonnet intersect, Wampold is going to add all kinds of upscale housing (in addition to Harveston), nature preserves, retail, dining, trails, etc.
