Man carjacked, beaten at Bourbon Street intersection

Today is the day the unarmed civilian security starts patrolling the FQ....
No thanks....If im driving around the FQ at 4 am, just go ahead and assume my pistol is sitting on my lap.

Also, how does he know he was being robbed? Maybe the black men asked for a loan and he completely forgot?
