On PS4, does the screen get blurry and freeze for a few seconds sometimes? Also, at least in Novigrad there's some pretty nasty texture pop in and sometimes I have to wait a few seconds before I can talk to a quest Nov and on the last Novigrad horse race, I thought I was stuck in the event.

When skipping conversation it does for me every once in a while.

ETA:
Honestly the longer I play the worse it gets, so every few hour I do a hard reset of my PS4. Seems to help.

I haven't had any issues like that yet, but I haven't gone to any major cities.
