Vegas actually steps up to control their water usage. You guys would flip your shite if you had the same ordinances or even had to go through water and energy conservation in school like we had to.

California gets the lion's share of the electricity produced. Vegas has a negotiated rate that is ridiculously low. I'm not sure what it is now, but it was like 3.5 cents per kilowatt when I lived there.
