The Supreme Court recommends you DON'T talk to police officers, but you must say out loud "I'M GOING TO REMAIN SILENT."
From the video description...uhh...So by being silent, you are not going to be silent?

Without watching, yes.

1st video not enough to go on. If a protest and given a lawful order....probably justified.
2nd video. In no way justified.
2nd video. In no way justified.

I don't think there is enough in either video to judge. The first one could have been going on for a long time and needed to end. We don't know if this was the first time the guy backed up with his hands up.
The second one appears to be totally unnecessary since there was a door, and the two appear to already be restrained. I still have to refrain from total judgment, because the one on the right of the screen has a bed mat placed behind him, probably to prevent him from hurting himself. Although I can't think of a scenario that would warrant elevating the level of force at that time, I would want to see the entire sequence before finally making judgment.

1st, most likely
2nd, can't use pepperspray on a restrained person unless they are still violently lashing out

Need more info on the first video.
Like for example were the officers in front of the guy trying to arrest him? Was the guy backing up and raising his arms in defense to resist being arrested?
