Just heard some talk on Hanagriff/Ott show about the regional. Apparently Arizona State has some freshmen pitchers that we should be able to hit, theoretically. They were speculating about who would start in the circle for LSU on Friday vs Texas Southern…perhaps Selman or Corbello? Will be an interesting call for the coach

It goes through Arizona this year.
They love pairing us up with them.
You beat them you will end up in Oklahoma City.

Macha's the better of the two, but she's not great, and they might have to throw her against Nebraska. The other one's ERA is in the 5's. Neither of them are big strikeout pitchers. Unlike Auburn, who made up for average pitching with great defense, ASU is pretty average in the field.

Theoretically is right. Auburn's pitchers were pretty weak and we struggled at the plate against them.

When was the last time that Selman got the start? I don't think we've seen much of her lately.
