I just dont know anyone who would hire on working in the kitchen making 13/hr. And every other company hires people with no experience as Roustabouts.

It's obviously working for Ensco because they're a huge company.

All of the companies you listed had huge layoffs. The first guys to go are the ones with little to no experience. So sure, you have a better paying job but for how long? It works for Ensco because there isn't a high turnover rate this way. You already know what you're getting. I pulled two guys outside last hitch and they were better than most of my "experienced" hands. I'll tell my experienced hands I'm about to run off to check this thread and contact you for future employment.
