Sure they established a criteria. Just because you meet it doesn't mean you should take it. Taking monetary compensation because you were slightly inconvenienced is fricked up. You could have still went fishing in the billion acres of water Louisiana has that weren't affected. I couldn't fish out of bayou corne for a while because of the sinkhole. Should I send a bill to Texas brine?

If TX brine has agreed to pay these types of claims and you think TX brine are pieces of shite, sure, why not?
