I haven't tried many, but I have tried a few. I just can't get behind the H20 rods. Honestly though, as much as I love Academy, I don't like any of their store brands. I've never had luck with them.

Academy store brand stuff has come a LONG way. I used to feel the same, but the H20 rods, Game Winner Waders and Magellen shirts/clothing have improved dramatically in he past 5 years. Those Ethos rods are worth every penny, and are a bargain on sale. Light weight, sensitive and responsive.
