Blue bubbles are iMessages (iOS to iOS texting that uses data). Green bubbles are normal texts (iOS to non iOS devices or iOS devices that have iMessages turned off. It uses the carrier network). It sounds like she turned on iMessage since some of the texts are now blue. This can be turned off in message settings and everything will be sent as a normal text. Her issue is probably related to people who don't have an iPhone. Have her either completely turn off iMessage or research whether the people she is having issues with recently changed from an iPhone to something else. The only issue I have is when I'm on a group text with one Android phone and the rest iPhones. The conversation always changes to iMessage after a few texts. This causes the person using Android to not receive the messages.

Thanks. I saw imessage was off. She now has it "on".

She was missing texts from her father and another friend (that she knows of) both have iPhones.

So with imessage "on". She should receive all texts? With the exception of the group issue you have.

I just want to set it to where someone texts her phone, she gets it. We could care less if imessage is on or not or care less isvdatavis used or not. We don't have great reception inside the home, but of course we have wifi
