I use android, so I'm no help.

She's using native app and found out she's not receiving a few text from others. The ones she knows of seem random.

Even her bubbles (when she texts) are usually always green, but now some are blue.

Anybody with issues, help would be appreciated.

Blue bubbles are iMessages (iOS to iOS texting that uses data). Green bubbles are normal texts (iOS to non iOS devices or iOS devices that have iMessages turned off. It uses the carrier network). It sounds like she turned on iMessage since some of the texts are now blue. This can be turned off in message settings and everything will be sent as a normal text. Her issue is probably related to people who don't have an iPhone. Have her either completely turn off iMessage or research whether the people she is having issues with recently changed from an iPhone to something else. The only issue I have is when I'm on a group text with one Android phone and the rest iPhones. The conversation always changes to iMessage after a few texts. This causes the person using Android to not receive the messages.
