Not what this is about. It's about private business not being able to make the decisions they want to make regarding things like this because the nanny staters exploit work environment laws.

Its also a private business that Wiesel-ed its way into the new Orleans through various "loop-holes"
though i agree private business should have the right to make this call from themselves
