The water was almost 3 times the recommending heat because the manager wanted to make more coffee faster

The heat from the coffee made the lid of the cup melt off which spilled over the lady giving her third degree burns


She had a slam dunk case of negligence but everyone jumped on the bandwagon of "SHES SUING BECAUSE HER COFFEE WAS TOO HOT"


Not saying something similar happened here, but a headline seeker news source isn't always the best way to judge the merits of a case

Water boils at 210F. So it was 630F?

shite would have melted right thru that cup when poured.

Personally, i like my coffee hot. Not going to pay for lukewarm coffee.
