re: How much seasoning for 2nd sack?

I usually just gauge the first sack and go from there. I end up using about 2-3lbs more powder and 10 oz of Zats liquid. I start with 4.5 lbs of powder. Really also depends on what else you have in there. Cayenne can be used as well.
