As good as Cleveland was post-trade they still only had like the 20th ranked defense during that span
I know I've seen Haberstroh, or one of those guys tweet a few times, and I think they were top 10 post trade.
In fact, they finished the season 18th, and I know they were like mid 20s pre-trades, so that alone would tell me they weren't 20th in that span.

Matt Moore was tweeting about it during their Celtics series. Don't ask me to try to find it in his feed, it would take me an hour just to get to his tweets from yesterday
I may be slightly off, but I am 100% sure they were not top 10. They might have been there for a stretch.
