I think Ariza does for stretches. Brewer can as well. But I wouldn't be shocked to see Harden guard him for stretches, and Harden can defend very well when focused. And there is no doubt how focused he'd be in that situation.
But none of this matters if the Rockets can't beat the Clippers. I know the Warriors series is already over, but Houston has a tough series here.

I must say I am extremely surprised.
I am not surprised that Curry won; I have no problem with best guy on the best team winning an award like this. I also think Curry is a top 5 overall player and is the main cog in that team. I am honestly shocked it was not much much closer than this. Whether you like Harden or not, he carried his team to 55 wins without Howard for half the games, without T. Jones for a large stretch, and without Beverly/D-Mo at the end of the year.
If you had told me Curry got 75 of the total 130 votes with Harden getting 50 I'd understand more. Harden getting 25 seems way too low
