These must not have been due to a checkpoint. A lot of reckless driving charges which implies they actually observed reasonable suspicion before pulling them over.

Yep. At least half the DWIs from the past few days were from LSP too, not just BRPD. You have to be some kind of stupid to get popped by a trooper.
