i don't the answer to that specific question for sure, but think about it this way. The didn't leave obvious holes to get around the CBA, There not going to allow someone to get paid better by skipping the draft or sitting out a year that wouldn't make sense. And if there were loophole people would already be exploring them.

Thats why all LC's moves so far have been cock blocked by the NF.
