re: BALTIMORE Officers charged - one with murder

Way overcharged and the fact that the prosecutor has a relationship with someone who is on record as being very critical of the police undermines her integrity and ability to decide to proceed or not. A grand jury would of been more appropriate, yet the chance of not bringing charges would of been politically incorrect.
A local conviction on some charges likely, overturned by rational jurists later absolutely.
