For once the NFL actually looked at his film instead of his measurables.

He was a safety with linebacker skills. He made one or two good hits a game, the rest of his tackles came when he assisted someone who had the ball carrier wrapped up. Any team with a decent passing game picked on him.

I am still trying to figure out how a guy who wasn't as good as either of our safeties made first team all American. Shows you those awards are purely hype.

He doesnt really bother me. Its not like he helped Bama to a national title, and even if he came to LSU, i dont know if things would have turned out diff. He didnt play much in 2012 and in 2013 our problems early on stemmed from a young secondary, which he would have been, a young player. We also had major problems at DT and MLB. Then last year our offense blew.

Hes most likely going to get picked up early in the second and that really isnt all that bad.
