I used it and couldn't get them lower before I whipped out the supplier price. It was probably because I was ordering a car from the first production run though. If I had bought something that had been sitting on the lot then I'm sure I could have gotten lower than the supplier price.

It can often be beat by some amount, but will take more work and stress with the dealership. Also depends on vehicle, availability, etc.
