re: Renters rights

I rented a house off Violet street a few years ago, it had a leaky roof. Started molding on my third story loft room ceiling pretty bad by spring, similiar to this:




I told the landlord about it, come back form school a few days later to find that it had just been painted over. She says she "fixed" it. I left, never heard from her again.
