Exactly. If teams aren't going to pick him early, they aren't going to pick him late either, because he ISN'T EVEN ON THEIR BOARD.
They will pick him up in UDFA where they can easily drop him if this all goes south. He can also choose his destination at that point.

This would work to his advantage if he isn't going 1st 4 rounds. I'm not sure the money difference if he goes undrafted, but he can choose his team.
