At $450 per sq ft.
1. Chimes East (13,000 sq ft)($5.85 million)
2. Twin Peaks (6,650 sq ft)($2.99 million)
3. Hooters (Siegen) 6,000 sq ft) ($2.7 million)
4. Olive Garden (8,900 sq ft)($4 million)
5. Parrain's (12,000 sq ft)($5.4 million)
6. Ruffino's (11,500 sq ft)($5.18 million)
7. TJ Ribs (Acadian) (9,500 sq ft)($4.28 million)
8. Outback Steakhouse (Acadian) (6,800 sq ft) ($3 million)
9. BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse (9,700 sq ft) ($4.4 million)
10. PF Changs (8,700 sq ft) ($3.9 million)

These are ballpark sales numbers. They all don't make $450 per sq ft, obviously. Also they all aren't open for lunch and dinner. Table turns are different.

You make good points about Sammy's.

ETA: Corrected numbers for TJ Ribs.

Im confused. Are you just making up numbers in here with these sales numbers? Are those square footage numbers accurate?

That guys Olive Garden statement is way off from yours.

I would think that Sammys on Highland does better than Twin Peaks, Hooters, Parrains, Ruffinos, TJ Ribs, and maybe more than one of the chains in 8-10.
