You may be right. I've thought about that. But, they've been hunting on the place behind mine, and it seems that what they want to be able to do is to come into the woods from the place behind mine. They couldn't drive trucks through the woods and they can't go through the woods into my pastures because of gullies on the edge of the woods and in the woods.

There are horse trails, but they aren't as wide as they appear in this picture.

Sounds like they may just want permission to pursue across property boundaries. I wouldn't be too concerned but if they are getting it for free they shouldn't mind signing a release and contract
