Fair, but in this context its pretty clearly not offensive and I have heard 1,000,000 times that using "as" is not offensive when referring to a group of "friendS" like this meme.

Surely it's a word, but IMO it's not one for public consumption, in that context.

And if someone calls him a racist for it , then maybe he should be more conscious of the words he uses and who he uses them with
