It was 40 but apparently people couldnt safely access their mailbox or let their kids play in the yard.

this should be beaten into every motorists head- especially those who travel on interstates or the Thruway in Laffy.

I don't feel safe accessing my mailbox on Stanford. It's 40 mph and there's not a median
