Not a cop shooting and several things have happened to really harm race relations in the US since July 2013 ie ferguson, and choked out man in NYC (name escapes me). If a cop shot an unarmed black man in N.O. right now and there was video of it, it is not unreasonable to think it could happen. Not just in NO either. Shreveport, BR, Jackson or any other southern city could say the same. I certainly hope it doesn't as it would not be like what we see in Baltimore imo.
