Well, the route is ever shifting. At best, I think the climbers just have a rough idea of how to go.

The earthquake shouldn't change the mountain as much as it should change the ice on the mountain. I'd think the upper routes are still pretty much intact.

Read in an article yesterday that climbers that have already started the climb are stranded in some partsbecause the path the the Sherpas spent making the last few months have been taking out Avalanche.
