As of now, I'd say no.
People keep talking up the new additions, but-
Simmons is an incoming freshman. If he replaces Martin (a first team all SEC player with some serious highlights), straight up, it would be nice. Let's wait until he actually does that. Remember, Fournette was also supposed to step in and be elite; he wasn't as good as Hill the year before.
Victor- you're asking him to also replace Mickey (another 1st team all SEC player). If he was that good, why did he transfer in the first place? I think people are really overestimating him.

Scoob-I would venture to say that Simmons will have a greater impact than Fournette simply because Simmons will CONTROL the ball. He does not have to rely on others to get him the ball. Simmons and Fournette BOTH are Elite, it's just one has control and the other doesn't.

He is from Louisiana and his mom is sick.
