just checking cuz really, you really dunno the pain of decades of futility. I always want improvement but I know how fickle the fate of teams can be with regime changes. Just know how incredibly inept this front office was at one time. They hired an astronaut with no sports management experience to run the team. They gave a draft pick to the Cowboys for "draft advice". They started off trading the #1 overall for the equivalent of Chase Daniel.
Glanced at Phillips five drafts...

-not great afterwards but they did hit a grand slam in his first draft... very similar to Payton
