If below average is defined as not in the top 15 Rondo is right on that line.

I figured it wasn't worth the trouble (which is why I edited), but it's true.

Rondo isn't a top 15 point guard, which makes him a below average starter.

He was 40th in PER this season for all point guards. That's bad.

get killed for pointing out the obvious?

Rondo was a below average point guard this season, I'd almost think that's the common thought and not at all a bold take or anything.
