I think Bradley is the only guy capable of doing what jurgen wants there

Assuming he wants a guy that can link the offense with the deeper midfield, make the right pass 95% of the time in the offensive half and deliver set pieces - we have one of those. He even has World Cup experience. And he can't get a sniff of the national team.

He's no Brad Davis or Miguel Ibarra - but he could probably do the job in a pinch.

Preach on brother
Benny Feilhaber is a guy that should be a NT staple
He should've went to Brazil and started as our no.10
His game is as complete as ever since moving to SKC, he's a pure playmaker unlike anyone we have besides Dempsey when he feels unselfish

If we really had no true number ten at the World Cup and Donovan was not a midfielder (which for this discussion he isn't despite raping the 2013 gold cup from that position), and Mix wasn't up to snuff, then I think Feilhaber or Nguyen were our next best options.

Bradley has looked AWESOME in the ten role twice to my knowledge: against mexico's scrubs before the World Cup and against mexico's scrubs this month. Two matches does not a pattern make, and I'm not sure why Jurgen continues to try to place a square peg in a round hole.

Eta: the Benny snub, the Lichaj snub, and the Donovan snub are, however, a quite disturbing pattern.

I love Benny more than a straight man should admit, and not
just because he's so good looking. I too wish he could get a look.

As to Bradley, JK is still hanging onto that one first half against Mexico in a friendly where we actually looked capable of playing the kind of soccer he wants us to play.
