I feel like we should comprise a list of players that should be in this. Josh Selby should be another 
What's awful is I can just go look at the end of my bench on my NBA 2K franchises and find players because Von and Selby were always on my teams

The best team for a tournament at this level isn't necessarily an NBA All-Star team. While the top players in the NBA are the best at beating NBA players, they aren't necessarily the best at beating lower level guys.
Like Sebastian Telfair and Stephen Marbury could be better than Chris Paul, and it wouldn't surprise me at all.

Not sure if you know this or not but selby scored 44 points in a game in this tournament last year and almost led a team to a W playing 4 on 5
