To put that in perspective, he is less than a month older than Frank Kaminsky, your Naismith POY, and just put up more points, rebounds, blocks, and steals in the NBA per 36 minutes than Kaminsky did in college this year per 40 minutes.

WTF does any of this have to do with anything?

Davis will turn 30 in the 2022-2023 season, so excluding that season, he's got 7 seasons left before turning 30. If the over/under on league MVPs for Davis was set at 1.5 during that stretch, what side would you take?

LeBron will be standing in Davis' way for another couple seasons. Steph Curry is entering his prime, James Harden is quickly turning into the scorer Carmelo once was, and Durant will [likely] be coming back healthy and still one of the best players in the league.

I will go under. Not because Davis isn't talented enough to win multiple, but the degree of difficulty it takes to win multiple MVPs in a span of seven seasons is incredibly difficult to accomplish.

There are currently twelve players in NBA history with multiple MVP awards. They all won multiple MVPs in the same timespan you're allotting to Davis. What made them special is the fact that there was not much debate as to whether or not they were the best player(s) in the NBA. It's difficult to know whether or not Davis will be part of that category, though he certainly has the ability to be.

As it clearly states, it helps put things in perspective. It isn't a knock on Kaminsky, but rather an example of where AD is on his current career arc. At basically the same age, AD just finished owning the NBA as well as Kaminsky owned the NCAA.
