Good one...

I'm sorry I'm defending a guy against false claims. That piece Blues posted in the OP was pretty bad. Not because I disagreed with it, but because there was no substance. It was all subjective opinions from one person. I actually agree about not liking Ray but I still think it was a poor wrote up.

I may be in the minority when it comes to Dupree on this board (which I'm fine with, because this isn't exactly the upper echelon of information). But around other draft media and sites I'm well within the majority. For every negative article I could find 2-3 good ones for Dupree.

Like I said in another thread, I'm not swooning over Dupree like you'd have people believe. I just feel I'm the only one that ever defends him against misleading criticism, so it gives that vibe. I'd do the same thing in the same situation for any other player I've extensively researched.

I couldn't care less if we took Dupree, Collins, Gregory, or Shelton at 13. I think they're all really good prospects.

ETA: It'd be no different than if somebody in some thread stated La'el was lacking in the run blocking department. You and I know that to be untrue so we'd counter it.

The only difference is, since this is a LSU-based site, there are a lottttt more people familiar with Collins and know that not to be true. So the Collins-defense army in that case would seem more unified and larger.
