I would suggest to anyone who uses Amazon and has any issues with them or their contractors, to email/call them and let them know.

Their customer service is top notch

Maybe they don't use this for all areas. I'm in atlanta, and I saw them as my courier for the first time last week- and it's been a shite show ever since.

I guess this should probably serve as more of a heads up to the rest of you- they are 0/2 on package on time delivery.

I called amazon after the first one to complain because it missed by 2-3 days, and I think I got a rep on his first day on the job.

Eta: I've had dozens of prime orders over past several years and don't think I've ever had one late before. Maybe one. Now I've had 2 this week

Agreed. Not to hijack the thread but I bought an Amazon Phone when they were first realeased and paid $200. Shortly after, they began selling the phone for .99. When I called to voice my displeasure, I was given a $200 Amazon credit immediately, no questions asked. Amazing customer service.
