Did the previous owner have a termite contract?
Much cheaper to continue that contract than to start one. I pay about $125 per year.

no. we did have a termite inspection before sale, and they spot treated two areas (one in the house just by the front door, and one in a back exterior shed) for termites. I want to get it under termite contract, however.
