In recruiting yes, on the court, I can't say I'm pleased. I think we can reasonably expect better. I think a player like Simmons who is self-motivated with a high BB IQ will help CJJ tremendously.

For me it's less specific strategic things (though in bounding has been an issue since he's been here) and more discipline and accountability. Every coach has to find a balance with that in today's game. IMHO CJJ is still struggling with that.
