I know this first hand. The last 6 miles or so kill me. I need to learn proper water / food / energy ( too much you can get nauseated, too little you get weak and nauseated) intake to survive this brutality.

This is what my buddy said last year. He said he had nothing left the last 6 miles. This year his time was much better, about 15 minutes.
