Well new to be as well. If stout hasnt seen it it hasnt been posted.
On a real note- why dont police look at facebook profiles and make arrests based on someone holding a gun (presumably stolen) in the picture? I am sure a judge would sign a few dozen warrents based on the pics.

I can imagine the judges reaction when I bring an affidavit for the arrest of someone for taking a pic with a presumably stolen gun. Especially when I tell him it is presumed because he is.... Wearing a hoodie

they wouldnt simply sign a warrant based on that photo, but police do use social media.... We have seen stories of them building out rosters of gang members, and collecting evidence of crimes based on photos several times.
