Never stated. Only said that Aerys took too many liberties during Tywin's bedding ceremony iirc

Yes, but this would not have birthed Tyrion, as he is younger than the twins.

It's never directly stated that Aerys raped Tyrion's mother, but it is a distinct possibility. Even Tywin suggests that he's unsure that Tyrion is his. In ASOS, he makes the comment that Tyrion has the right to bear the name of Lannister since Tywin can't prove that Tyrion isn't his son. Tyrion is also described as having blonde hair, but it isn't the traditional Lannister golden blonde. It's much paler. Then, there is his fascination with dragons when he was a young boy....
