FBD is a Bayou Teche Quantum Hop

There is some fruit on the nose, peach and maybe a little mango. There is not much on the tongue. Mostly bitterness. The peach is coming through a little as it warms, which is mellowing it a little. Nice color, very light on the malt. Decent, barely good, not great.

The place is farmhouse heaven. I picked up a couple bottles of their wine BA Brett saison they just released.

NBD for me and Jax is Boneyard Notorious Triple IPA on tap at Apex.

So dank and juicy, very drinkable for 11.5%. World-class IMO.
