Its still unlimited even if it is throttled.

What you should be laughing at it anyone that actually believes ATT is doing this because it is better for the customer.

Do you really believe they think of us? Somewhere we will get screwed like always.

For some NEXT is better but for my family it would be worse. We have unlimited data and upgrade every 2 years. I will end up paying a fortune in data overages because I am on the road all day and use my phone for work to get directions to locations and other work related searches.
It also helps to curb Borden while waiting to load/unload.

So no next is not better at least jot for everyone. Now we will be stuck in a one size fits all plan that doesn't actually fit all

While it may be slower. I never have to worry about going over or be like those people who can't do anything on their phone who needs WiFi because they may go over and pay extra cost

At Sprint, there is still such a thing. Sure make fun of Sprint all you want, however their service has improved tremendously in the areas that I use my phone the most.

And all at a much better price point too.
