yes it can.
but you have to go to a real chiropractor who works on a wide variety of clients from geriatrics to athletes.
not all of them are quacks but many will only want to cater to the elderly bc its quick and their insurance covers it all generally.
many chiropractors will convince a lot of the elderly that they have to go very week which isnt the case for the most part.
so do your homework. ask around, investigate their methods. do this with massage therapists as well. why go to a massage therapist that only specializes in sweedish or relaxation when you need to use a sports or deep tissue massage.
