As much shite that we all give Monty videos like this show the side all the players talk about. He does seem like a good coach to be around and very likable person. I know he is probably coming back since they made the playoffs and I hope this is the beginning of success for him.

After reading the SI article on Ryan Anderson and his girlfriend's suicide, you can't help but respect Monty as a person

Monty told them if they made the playoffs he'd throw a Halloween party.
